CONDUCTOR
The Conductors are annealed and bunched together using the most latest German Machines.
INSULATION
- FR: Flame Retardant
The bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated FR PVC compound with a high insulation resistance value. The insulating process is completed on Modern high-speed extrusion machines, ensuring excellent accuracy and consistency in performance. Because of its Flame Retardant qualities, the cable may withstand overloads.
- FRLSH: Flame Retardant Low Smoke Halogen
The bunched conductors are insulated using a specially designed flame retardant low smoke substance. During a fire, the FR-LSH compound prevents flame propagation. The smoke emission is relatively modest.
- ZHFR: Zero Halogen Flame Retardant
Bunched conductors are insulated using a specially developed PVC compound that is Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR). In the event of a fire, the insulation does not melt or leak. The smoke emitted is clear, non-toxic, and insignificant. The individuals trapped in the fire do not suffocate, and evacuation is simple.
MARKING
The cables are printed with generic marking "SKLLON FR PVC INSULATED CABLE".
